What Our Residents Say
The managers at Forest Creek Apartments in Shoreline Seattle work hard every day to help our residents with any questions or needs they may have around our beautiful
apartment home complex. Below are just a few of the great things some of our kind residents are saying about Forest Creek Apartment's managers and apartment
building amenities. Your comfort and satisfaction is our top priority.
"Why there aren't more reviews about this place is beyond me! I've lived at the Forest Creek apartments for seven months and absolutely love
it here! It's an absolute treasure, and I've never felt so comfortable and welcomed at an apartment complex.
The management are top notch - warm and friendly and never intrusive. Maintenance issues are dealt with fast and courteously.
The apartments are clean, cute and well lit with lots of natural light thanks to the kitchen garden window. Great insulation - I don't feel like
the walls are made of cardboard, unlike the last place we lived."

"We are new residents and so far it seems to be an awesome place to live. It's quiet and the creek that runs through the property along with the
trees that surround it makes you forget that you live you so close to the city. It was just what we needed. It's a daily escape from the busy
city life of seattle."

"I lived at Forest Creek for a little over a year. The complex is small, beautifully maintained, and most important to me, very quiet and peaceful.
I had a top floor corner apartment overlooking the creek, and spent a lot of time on my deck. I was rarely disturbed by other residents.
The few maintenance issues I had were addressed promptly and efficiently. The only reason I moved was I relocated to Reno.
If I ever move back to the Seattle area I would rent here again in an instant."

"At first glance we kind of wrote this place off as being old, but it really is a hidden gem! The grounds are kept up very beautifully with all
sorts of flowers and plants and garden decor, and the whole complex is surrounded by tall trees that make it feel like you've left the city and are
now living in the woods. There is a little creek that runs through the complex, and every apartment has a view of the creek, so there's not a
bad unit anywhere. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can't really see any other buildings outside of the complex. I really love that we
can let our cat outside without worrying that she'll be hit by a car, because with all the bushes and trees she has no need to go
anywhere else."
— Kelsy H. — Seattle WA.
"This is a great place to live!!! After searching for apartments around the area my girlfriend and I fond this beautiful place. The buildings
seem a bit old when you first see them, but here is what makes this place amazing. All utilities are included, except electricity. So, yes your water
sewer and garbage are all included in the rent. You have a washer and drier on every apartment (did I mention your water usage is included?) so yes,
do all the laundry you want at no extra cost. You got two cars, but are looking for a one bedroom? no problem, there is plenty of parking, and at no
extra cost. Insulation is awesome (compared to other places where I have lived in the past). You also get a nice fireplace that you can use during winter.
Every apartment also overlooks the creek, so you get a nice view. I feel so safe here, that I even let my cat go outside during the day."
— Zeka G. — Seattle WA.
"My wife and I have been living at Forest Creek Apartments since 2009. When we visited, we walked out onto the deck and knew we were home.
This rare, tasteful, mildly Bavarian set of carefully spaced out buildings--complete with a Bell Tower--is a far cry from the boxes being built
up and down this valuable block. Nestled off the road with a proper parking lot, these four buildings are impossibly close to the real greenbelt
that follows McAleer creek. The forest surrounding this place holds in a good feeling. Real thought was put into its form--every building is
faced so that when you walk out on your deck, you can hear the creek immediately."
